Working with our beta partners, our team has added customization, efficiency, and relevance to Funnel IQ Signals. Here are a few highlights.
Alert Templates 📚
Based on best practices, we’ve got a great collection of alert templates across several themes, including top-of-funnel, pipeline, wins / losses, and activities. Now you can easily alert your Account Executives when an open deal is about to become stale, ping your CS team when a new customer handoff needs to occur, and proactively alert your SDRs if they are pacing below their weekly activity targets for outbound calls.
To make these alerts even more flexible, you can clone a rule, apply new filters, or adjust the conditions, to refine them for any audience. Want an alert filtered by deal owner so each AE gets a DM when their specific deals need a meeting? No problem! And you can send follow-ups and escalations the same way.

Now you can claim an alert and mark it as resolved so everybody in the channel can see that you’ve taken care of it. Done!
Quick Actions ⚡️
Quick actions let you send a change to your CRM, right from Slack. For example, when a close date is missed, we notify the deal owner, and provide a shortcut for updating the deal record right from the Slack message. It’s a time saver, and will help make sure your source systems are tracking your team’s activity at the speed you’re doing it.
Scheduled KPI Digests 📥
Each week, we run through the KPIs from across your revenue engine and deliver them to you and your team in a shared Slack channel of your choosing. You can see the latest values at a glance, along with rolling trends at a 1-week, 4-week, and 12-week scale. See the latest movements, making it easy to stay on top of performance, and to collaborate and make adjustments right where you already communicate. No need to pull data, generate a report, sift through a dashboard or craft an email to answer the question, “How are we doing so far this period?”
